By creating an account or playing Murdsearch Mysteries, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 13 or older to create an account.3. Membership plans
Detective Plus and Detective Master are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime from your Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute puzzle content, and not to use bots or automation to solve cases or manipulate the leaderboard.5. Intellectual property
All puzzles, cases, artwork, and the Murdsearch Mysteries name are owned by us or our licensors. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to play — not ownership of any content.6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Account settings.7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.8. Changes
